Return Window

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Fairela Pet purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Not from the non-returnable list below

Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@fairela.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

2. Receive your return label. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders) or return instructions.

3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at the specified carrier location.

4. Refund processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help with exchanges. Start the process the same way as a return — email us at info@fairela.com and let us know what you'd like instead. Once we receive your return, we'll ship out your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, no return required.
