Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery may vary by location and carrier conditions.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all US orders over $60.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website, or visit our Track My Order page.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us at info@fairela.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Fairela Pet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fairela.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
